question

With help, I created a blogg about two weeks ago. Today I though I had created a brand new one, but I see that what I wrote in that blogg is on the brand new one. Can somebody explain to me how this happens? Besides, on the first one, I had choosen a design with birds, however, even though what I worte on the first one appaers now, the design is gone. I am confused. Thank you.

I am trying to learn to create a blog by myself as this is the only way that I will not have any more fear about technology. Last week a kind person helped me to create a blog but I could not remember the steps taken. So now I am crawling and hopefully I will walk sometime and keep forcing the fear out.
